My BMW recently needed new brake pads. I have always serviced at BMW but when I told a friend of mine in regards to the cost, she advised me to reach out to an Advisor an Nissan whom she has dealt with. I attended and met Jerome Laljee who was able to explain the service Nissan can provide and the difference between replacing rotors vs machining them. For the first time I felt that I was speaking to an Advisor who genuinely cared to provide me details. He convinced me to go through Nissan for this service. Not only did he do that but when I left my kids hockey bag in the car and was in a rush to pick it up and my car wasnt ready yet, he actually had the bag out and ready for my pick up from my car that was in for service. My experience with dealing with Jerome was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Jerome for providing exceptional customer service. Nissan Abbotsford is lucky to have advisors as yourself who make the experience for a customer exceptional. And finally thank you to the service team at Nissan for fixing my brakes.

Fantastic place, great customer service. * Tom (Manager) and Dev Sharma * made Wonderful Experience Purchasing new Pathfinder platinum, traded with BMW X5. Smooth / comfortable drive. Very happy with the deal/discounts that I was able to get on this machine! Super happy with new car! thanks again. I would certainly recommend the dealership and,especially, Dev S & Tom.

I have had many vehicles, and had service from many different dealerships. Buy far this is the best place I have been to. I bought a car at the connected dealership, and the service department provides free basic service for the life of my owning this car... besides the cost savings , the staff are always friendly, and vehicle service has consistently taken the time they say it will or less. In the future, I will strongly consider buying a car at Abbotsford Nissa n due to the quality of service post purchase.
